Terms & Conditions

All reservations made through the website require full payment with a credit card at the time of booking. All rates are quoted and presented in Icelandic krona (ISK). Prices are per person and include VAT and all other taxes. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Once payment has been made and/or an invoice has been issued, the price is guaranteed against any surcharge, except in cases of changes due to government laws or currency fluctuations.

All cancellations must be submitted to Ring Ring Iceland in writing via email to info@ringringiceland.com.

For regular tours and photo tours, the cancellation charges before the first departure are as follows:

-Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund

-Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund

For all other private tours, customized tours, services and large groups (10 or more participants), the cancellation charges are as follows:

-Cancellations made more than 2 weeks in advance: Full refund

-Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance: No refund

Ring Ring Iceland reserves the right to change or cancel bookings due to operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control, such as unfavorable weather, equipment malfunction, natural hazards, or similar events.

If Ring Ring Iceland cancels the tour for any of these reasons, you will be entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled booking to another date and/or departure without any change fee.

To modify a booking, please email your request to info@ringringiceland.com and include your original confirmation number. The new date and time of the tour will be subject to availability. If no availability exists, standard cancellation fees will apply.

The safety of our clients is our top priority on every tour. However, passengers are advised that the tour and its activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk. All tours and routes may be changed or cancelled at any time during the tour to ensure the safety of customers and employees. Ring Ring Iceland disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness, or changes in schedule caused by weather, strikes, flight cancellations or any other irregularities beyond the company’s control. Any expenses arising from these issues are the personal responsibility of the traveller.

We strongly recommend that all our customers have valid travel insurance. This insurance, obtainable in your country of residence, typically covers cancellation fees and, to some extent, accidents that might occur.
